My Autocruise book states 13 stone as a maximum, & i have also read the same in other hand books.

So your 17 st sounds a bit heavy. :Eeek:

Get a brush with a long handle & do it from each side. ::bigsmile:

Not sure there is a definitive answer to the question.

I assume you own an RV?

If it is a Winnebago I understand they have a much stronger/thicker roof, but as to the weight limits I would have thought the manufacturers web site would be the place to go.

I am sure Linda will be along to give more information soon.

Chris

Perhaps contact a dealer and ask the question

As far as American RVs are concerned........check in your manufacturers handbook -

taken from a US forum...............
3. Is it OK to walk on my roof ?
Most models of RV's are constructed to accommodate this, however most Lite models are not. NOTE: Special instructions are to be followed when accessing an RV with a rubber roof.
Refer to your owners manual to make sure.

My Owner's Handbook states 12 stone/76 Kgs for the area within the roof rack. However, I'm 14 stone and been up there without any funny creaking noises appearing!
Check your handbook or consult the manufacturer (and then ignore the advice like everyone else!)
