Tis a scary video, glad our Mercedes doesn't have keyless entry.

Will we have to wrap our keys in aluminium foil?
I would think all you have to do is keep your keyless fob far enough from the door / window for this exploit to work. My fob seems to need to be within 24" of the car to work.

Keep your keys in their usual place but in a nicely-finished metal box. If the box is a couple of inches deep it doesn't need a lid.

Small piece of lead flashing wrapped around, same as around your passport or cards that have RFid chips . stops everything

Not sure it has to be keyless entry. Many remote lock/unlock systems are capable of being beaten by similar devices. It is the cars ability to remotely communicate with the vehicle manufacturer that helps to make this possible. I ensure all keys and fobs are kept well away from doors and windows. Can't be too careful, remember just when you think its safe .......!!!!
