How do I reset Schaudt dt201 panel? (1 Viewer)

My panel is confused.
It is saying the leisure batteries need charging as it has been 20 days since last charge, but if I press the battery button on panel, it flashes 50% with the error message;
CHARGE DATE

however, I have been on hook up for 3 weeks, so if I then press the + button on the panel after the battery button, it has lost the date at this point, so it has nothing to compare it to.
The time, date and year are correct on the main front display, so perhaps a panel reset may get it back on course? How would I do this??

I'm sorry but I dont know the answer but you could try ( without too much hope) the following

1 Shut panel down as per manual, section 3.7 and start up again.
2 Try resetting the battery capacity, section 3.5.2.1

As many have said udo lang at schaudt is extremely helpful but will be on holiday I'm sure!

If you contact udo please tell him which version of software you are using, see manual 3.5.1, bottom right hand of picture, software version will be U2.16 or similar, possibly need the 4 digits as well?

Couldn't download manual.
Switched panel off.
Switched ekectrobloc off.
Pulled leisure battery fuse out.

Reversed all.
Date warning has gone, just says CHARGE now.
Says batteries at 50% but am.om hook up and says 14.1v which is the final charging voltage.
So half way there.
Any further ideas ???

Good morning, having had conversation with Udo over a similar problem he suggested that you should have a break from continual hook up.
Disconnect & let the battery voltage drop maybe over 8 or so hours, reconnect & check charge again.
May help.
