I was reading the post by Gibbon about gross weight, and thought I would look at my weight on the V5. It gives revenue weight [y] 3300gk. and max. permissable mass (exc. m/c) :crying1: F1 3300. Also Mass in service G 1950. :crying1:I have no idea what this means,:frowny: I always thought as a long wheelbase Transit the weight should be 3500gk. Does anyone know what all this is please?

Forget the V5.....look at the VIN plate under the bonnet or on a door frame.

Your gross weight is 3300kg....converters often down plate from manufacturers spec....but the Mass in service (1950kg) will possibly be the unladen weight and there is no chance you have a payload allowance of 1350kg.....
3300kg gross mass minus 1950kg unladen mass = 1350kg payload.
