Our current policy allows for us being away for up to 60 days.
We have been looking for a policy that will allow up to 120 days,but have had no luck so far.
What do others do about Household Insurance whilst on long trips ??
According to our agent,saying nowt is not an option as any claim involving a significant sum would be thoroughly investigated.

Hi Mike/Carolyn

We had to change ours to the Caravan Club insurance.

They were the only ones, that we could find, that permitted 90 days in one continuos break, with I think, a clause that after the first month someone must look in on a weekly basis.

Worth a look nothing lost.

some insurance companies with allow more than 3 months if some one sleeps in the house for one night, then clock goes back to zero. Its a problem.
