I wonder what other people do about this.

We are expecting to travel in our van for up to 90 days later this year. Other people seem to go away for up to 6 months!

But our house insurance cover reduces dramatically (eg no longer for theft) if you are away for more than 60 days, and some policies say 30 days in one stretch.

Is anyone aware of a company that offers reasonably priced cover which is maintained if you are away for up to 90 days?

Many Thanks

Hi
We are insured with RIAS and spoke to them recently about working in France for 5 months this year. They said it was fine, no increase in premium and just asked us to drain the water system down. They did us a good deal as well, so we are well pleased with them (mind you never had a claim!!!:Wink:)

Comfort have a range of days unnocupncy up to180.
