Well what a smashing week so far with tomorrow's forecast to be even hotter than today's 24C. How are you spending this gorgeous start to the summer. Looking at tonight's TV news it showed many beaches including South-end-on-sea all packed to the gunnels.
Don't sit too long contemplating how you will spend your summer, summer is already here in the UK ......;)

It hit 29/30 outside in the sun on the patio today, here in leafy Surrey, but I guess we should take the median at 23. Not complaining at all.(y)
Felt naked in just a tee shirt, been so long having to wrap up, but the cold snap is coming back down here when The Scots have finished with it.:giggle:

I spent the last 2 afternoons working in the van with doors and windows open. I was still sweating and enjoying breaks in the sun

Since 2008 & many years tugging
Went swimming in the sea, intended to go paddleboarding. Managed 2 strokes standing up before ploughing headfirst into the abiss.

Went to daughters this afternoon for grandsons 1st birthday BBQ in the garden still in short sleeves at 6pm.

Fantastic Lenny, many happy returns to your grandson. The sea is still a tad cold for my personal taste but paddle boarding sounds great.

I thought it as getting warmer here being able to be in the workshop with the door open. It’s been a while since it’s been this warm.
Typically the weather is due to change at Easter. We don’t normally go away at Easter because it’s too busy and the weather is often bad.
My in laws came to stay with us at Easter when we were stationed in Germany. As they landed a snow storm hit our part of Germany.

I think it very close to the Welsh border, so we English are not allowed over it.

Isn't it great Lenny, the grand kids cooking for you at that young age, I hope you washed up in return:giggle:

Must suss out how this multi quote thing works, some on here are experts.

Yes it can be unpredictable. Many years ago when caravanning we spent Easter 2 weeks in Cornwall it was two fantastic sunny weeks, didn't ware a shirt throughout. Anyway we stopped overnight on the return journey home and couldn't get out of the caravan for a snow drift.

only just topping 14 but the local water makes up for it, and all the lunatics haven’t turned up to spoil it yet😁

it’s nice to see the masses hadn’t descended yet, not holding out much chance for after work today though.
If the dogs could paddle I’m sure they would, can’t keep them out any water at any time.

It has 1 or 2 more steps than the simple Quote but is quite easy.
Step 1. Choose the posts with the content needed via “+ quote”
8C3DA2A6-13F7-4777-914D-5AE0219C2F80.jpeg

Step 2 in the bottom “add post” editor section you need “insert quotes…”
F535B11C-A10D-4FCA-B908-EAD62A3F744D.jpeg

Step 3 Then there is a list of tagged posts. Here you can change the order (rarely needed) or deselect a mistake, for what gets added to your post.
C84C30A9-76F3-4FEF-8A59-1492200C07F8.jpeg

Step 4. Now you’re ready to write your post with the quoted text.

Lots but slow learner.
Love reading what the Brits get up to when a bit of sun comes out. Wonderful. I would be doing exactly the same.

Meanwhile we have to suffer in 37/8c. And only seen 3 and half drops of rain since Boxing day, not even enough to wet the pavement.
