Is there a green light on your ultrastore showing that you have gas and it has ignited.

Try altering the heat setting and listen to hear if the gas fires up. Also if your hot water tank is not full the thermal cutout would have kicked in may be auto resetting or may need manual reset.

It should be an auto reset. Switch off the heater leave for a few minutes then switch back on. While switched off run the hot tap for a few seconds just to ensure flow into the heater.
If your green light is on then that shows that the pilot light is on with gas flow.

Since 1964 Gosh that makes me feel old.
There will be a gas manifold somewhere in the van. Its ridiculously easy to turn the supply off without meaning to. That's where I would begin my checks.

Good luck..Robert.

As Boyce said above :)
The system had drained down and cut the system out !!!
Pulled water through turned the ultra store off then back on, heard the gas tripping in and out then left it for 30 mins then I had red hot water ;)
