Hot water not working

Got 2 red valves and one black under floor

Ive filled the water tank heating is working well but when 8 run the water aswell as air and water coming from the tap the tank water comes out of one of the two pipes under the can to ground. Current position is all valves at 90drgs ie off any ideas please

The big black valve in the 2nd photo looks like the system dump valve check it's closed

First thing is make sure the boiler dump valve is closed. Picture two. Otherwise the boiler will never fill up. Then you have to open the taps and let all the air locks out the system. Then refill the cold water tank.

Ive got good water flow with no air bubbles the valve plunger is in the up position . If I push it down it let's the water out . So in up position good water flow in hot and cold positions but not heat

Sounds like I'm on the same page

Lift the red button to reset the dump valve.
It should stay up because it's no longer cold enough for it to drop down.
Now run the pump until water comes out of a hot tap (to fill the boiler)
Then switch the boiler on and set to heat water only (and wait).
No water should be seen flowing under the van.
If you have heating, you will get hot water, but not so much while the blower is running.
