Hello

Just getting the Kingham ready for the our first trip of the year - everything seems fine but I cant get the Hot Water of the Heating working .....
There is water in the hot water tank and water coming through but unfortunately its not hot!
Is it something I have turned off when I winterised it .... and need to switch something back on?

Any ideas would be gratefully received - thanks in advance

Are you heating it by gas or electric?

Welcome!

Possibly, but I can't see from here. ;)

Are you seeing any 'Fault' lights showing on the control panel?

As a start to finding the problem......is the gas hob working?
Each gas powered item will have its own shut-off valve, sometimes the water heater valve is separate from the main group of gas valves on the gas supply manifold. It's likely to be near the heater, perhaps in a locker or under a seat/bench. If you closed it when winterising, have you opened it now?

Or it may be electrical, especially if it hasn't been used over winter, e.g. is the leisure battery fully charged and all 12v systems switched 'On'?

Do you have an electrical test meter?

I think many of us have been in a field, in the middle of nowhere, trying to remember what worked last time 😉
