I love it, does anyone know how is made in Chinese takeaways/restaurants.

Me too Dave, my first choice starter but no idea how it's made though.
I wouldn't bother with recipies unless the author is genuine Chinese....you'll be disappointed.

Their is a local takeaway, the 'Wing Hing', which does the best I ever tasted.
I even though about buying a few 'bowls' next time we get a carry out and freezing them for home use.

There is a proper Chinese food shop near us in Greenwich. I will ask them next time I am in there.

I know 2-30 is when they go to the dentist but that's about it.
