Hi all just thought I would let you all know I am going into hospital tomorrow to have a complete knee replacement so shan’t be mobile for a few weeks hope your all having a good time on your travels be glad to get back into the swing of things but think it want be till after Christmas so take care everyone and be safe mervyn

Good luck with the op and a speedy recovery physio and exercise regularly.
I used an old rugby ball under the knee and under the ankle press down reps as much as you can ,back on you feet in no time .
