Hose storage on site , water fillers

Heres a piccy of a really simple idea that made my day when we stayed at Uplands Cottages near Cheddar Gorge.
A storage place to poke the hose when you’ve finished filling up your containers and also on the chemical waste hose.
Normally I manage to get the last bit of water on my shoes trying to put the hose down , this stopped all that.
Simples
Also, anyone else noticed how the hose points at the main cmc sites often seem to leak at the connector bit?
First world problems eh!

Filling up with water I always take any hose on the tap off and fit my own.

I much prefer no hose & a quick connect fitting on the tap. Having a length permanently connected tempts the idiots to stick it in something they shouldn't.

My rule 1 is to NEVER trust a campsite or Aire hose. I have seen them being abused too many times. If there is a hose we take it off and use our own, after spraying and wiping the tap

My precaution is to wipe clean the end of any hose, mine or public, before inserting it in a filler or carrier.

What about how clean inside the pipe is? Best the devil you know personally I think. I’ve often seen people filling their fresh tanks with the only hose there, which is the waste swill down hose. Not for me.
