I've got both the G-techs. Upright is great for all the hard floors in the house ( I don't do carpets, but it works fine on the one rug I have)
The hand held multi is great for the car and sofas . Does all the edges of floors, ceilings atV as well. I keep it, and all its attachments , in a shopping bag so it can go in the car when I go away anywhere that way I don't leave any dog hairs behind.

Garry, do they sell refurbished ones directly? Can't see a mention of that on their website

I got mine through eBay from dyson, I've bought a full size one since for my sister and it looked brand new again..

I think they put the hand helds on as and when they have them..
