Hey peeps !
I have a Bessacarr E435 mh which is not charging the leisure battery at the Gatwick site I go to.
I have just switched my brain on and replaced a 15A fuse at the fuse bank near the plug in point for the hook up.
I am away from the site now, but am wondering should that do the trick ?
Hook up is capable of 16A apparently.....
TIA !!

Can't remember ;)
It should work but, you could / can switch between engine and leisure charging so I would check that as well šŸ˜‰

Yes tried that. The switch trips every time you attach at Gatwick, so you have to confirm . Aha ... just remembered it's the charging that doesn't work and so it's a relay switch problem. I need to find the relay !!
Anybody got ideas for that? Is it the one at the fuse bank?

If all Fuses ok try a car battery charger as the built in charger could be faulty

Am sure I have fixed it by replacing 15A fuse.
If not that , then I have 2 more relay switches to match the one at the fuse bank.
Thank for attention peeps!

If you have a Sargent mains box like my Bessacarr, there is a fuse at the back for the charger which you have to remove the box from its housing. It could be that this is blown or as mine just a bit corroded, needed shining ( technical term, please?) and works fine again!
