We visited Honfleur in 2008. There is an Aire right near the harbor and another a short distance in the opposite direction on the edge of the village. This is a very scenic place and well worth a visit if your in the area. An artist's dream and you will probably see one or two painting as you walk around the harbor. The harbor is surrounded by restaurants and if full, you will find plenty more in the side streets which are a shoppers delight. We sat at a restaurant by the harbor wall and had a glass of wine and a bowl of pasta. Fifty Euro's ! So beware. No complaints though, you know your going to pay extra just for the scenery and to sit there in the sun and watch the world go by is enjoyable. The Aire today has electrical points and you pay for each 24 hr period. The last time we were there, a few years ago it was well policed to ensure payment was made and tickets displayed. There is a waste point and fresh water point and very short walking distance to shops and services.

Love Honfleur used to sail in to the Harbour and stay a few days every year till we sold the yacht been back several times in the MH stayed at the Aires and an ACSI site just outside. The Aires can get very crowded first time we stopped there plugged in to mains with an extension lead and awoke to find about 12 vans connected up with adaptors to my extension? surprised the electric worked. But never the less a great place to chill and wonder about,

Love Honfleur, don,t forget the Saturday market and of course the wooden church on Sunday - quite an experience. The bell tower was recommended to us but we never found it open.
Hope to be there in 2015

We had our first visit there 2 weeks ago on the way back up north. So pretty, had moules/frites/wine for 15 euro, very reasonable and as already said, very pretty place to sit and eat and people watch. The aire looked great and was a fab walk from the harbour/town. Defo going back there next year.
