Hello all I was hoping to come here as a proud owner of an rv...... but the seller is messing me around and we might lose it . Trouble is ferries and sites are booked in France for August . So if anyone can point me in the direction of a 6 berth rv preferably diesel or lpg but no longer than 30' I would appreciate it. The downside is we have only a very limited budget which will get us a 1987 or possibly 1990 model. But hey we all have to start some where::bigsmile: hope you can help.

Hi,I may be selling my Tiffin Allegro soon, its 30 ft on a John Deere chassis,Cummins 5.9 diesel, solar panels,Oyster sat,all geared up for fulltiming, maintained regardless of cost, well known coach on the European circuit.
It comes with a towcar if you want it.
Its an 1989 but like me looks much younger.
Wont take a penny less than £12000 for it,but you wont have to spend a penny on it either.
Just serviced, and as always ready to roll.
Will be at Peterborough this w/end.
By the way,it has the rear double, jacknife couch, and Hymer style dropdown cab bed.

Well do good luck, I hope you left yourself time and money to sort any teething problems before setting off for France.

no you are right...... we plan to go away for afew weekends before we kake the trip to France. This sghould give us the opportunity to find and sort any glitches  but to be honest it will be more a case of us learning the ropes.

Just purchased the checklist and logbook which are needed.
