I've just got my van back from Johns Cross, as my burners kept going out.
They cleaned out the flame failure switch thingies and blew loads of crud out of the burners with compressed air so we now have nice blue flames that stay alight.

Total charge for this service absolutely zero. Can't recommend their service too highly, brilliant company and if I was in the market for a new (to me) van that would be my first point of call.
