Well just put the deposit down on an Adria Izola A697SL with Chelston Motorhomes.

Its a 2007 which we were offered when their new sale one was sold at the event this weekend and i turned up with the misses to view it. Really pleased comes with loads of extras and they are offereing a full 3 year warranty in with the deal and a huge saving off new price, with only 7k on the clock.

Been around the site for a few weeks looking out information but had some difficulty with the confirmation e-mail so not been able to post, sorted now and we are on board.

All being well the van should be with them in May and we should be on the road by June, cant wait now.

Thats great thanks, did a fair bit of revision after seeing the forecourt one last week and decided it was the best option for us, the only downside was the two year warranty issue on them.

When we went to chelstons open weekend and asked they said its not a problem as Adria do 3 years on the body (top side) and they cover the last year on the chassis so you still get the 3 years. Then they went on to say the van sold yesterday :( but lucky enough they just caught the right sales guy who had done a deal for a 07 one to come back in part exchange, loads of extras including air ride, awning, aircon, cruise control, sog unit, aerial etc and they promised its immaculate.

Cant wait now wish it was coming sooner but hey May will soon come plus we have two weeks in tenerife coming up to keep us busy.

Done Done and Done

Went to Chelston today to see our van, and it was exactly as Simon described.

Couple of things needing sorting, no problem.

Told them about he weight problem they quoted 600+ payload but its 325 without upgrade to higher weight, no problem just need a new sticker from Adria and change log book added to the deal.

Couple other things we wanted sorting all agreed and picking it up on the 28th ready for Stratford :) We will be the ones beaming from ear to ear and probably shunting 20 times to get on level lol
