Hi there
We decided to hire a motorhome for a trial run, to see if we liked it before going the whole hog, and buying one. We pick it up next Thursday......,however, it seems like fun, so we've bought one anyway,0without doing the trial run first! We pick our own one up on the 10th October.

Hi mick - sounds like you've got a plan there. Are you still going ahead with the hire? I know they're not cheap to rent. What sort are you buying?

We are still going ahead with the rental, because we can't have our own for about 3 weeks, and it's too late now to cancel. We'd lose all the money we've paid ( which is about £800 ), but it seems a bit of a waste now. We should have just bought one in the first place.

welcome, we hired a couple of times before finally buying, went off to get a PVC came back with a new 6berth coachbuilt. great van loved it, changed after 5 years, to carry a motorbike.
