Funsters can arrive from midday on Thursday so earlier than the normal 2pm arrival time but please be patient if ground staff are still cleaning the pitches or cutting grass.

Glorious weather now & lots of Funsters here already! We are on pitch 118 or out around the campsite today so look forward to saying hello to everyone We normally all gather in the beer garden but with so many of us don't think that's possible or advisable other than in small groups this time. If you display your Fun sticker or sign in your window or wonder around there are sure to be many friendly chats

Next to duxdelux , clouded over now , lovely to meet so many funsters , nice to have a chat to them all.

Although we had to cancel our stay due to darling daughter being home on leave we’ve just visited for the day and saw a couple of funster flags flying. We walked up to Thorncombe Beacon from West Bay car park, only a short walk as we had to get back for the 3.35pm London train from Sherborne for son and his girlfriend. The weather is glorious.

We looked out for faces we recognised but didn’t think we’d better come in as it looked very busy. Hope you all have a great time. I’m sure we’ll see some of you in August.

I do like to swim and may brave the sea at some time this weekend although the temperature isn’t very appealing
