They also do random drink drive drugs stops which our cops can't/won't do (except during their Christmas campaigns)

Around here, there's a focus on unregistered, untaxed, uninsured vehicles... a rich vein to mine...

In spain they just use the normal gantry cameras to check for phone usage, no seat belt etc;
