Ok, so looking for an Auto sleeper Symphony and ,ones just popped up year 2000 and 145k miles, brill price .

Thoughts please xx

As has been said many times on this forum, the base vehicle is built for high mileage, there are thousands of delivery vans being used everyday and often have massive mileage in their first year, so 145k spread over 20 years is not high. But, check into its history. I once bought a very high mileage campervan (180K miles) at a very good price, the body was perfect. It did need a new gearbox in its first year with me, and a few other little things, but I sold it later at the same price I bought if for after 4 years, the mileage then was 213,000 miles!! I did not regret buying it, over 4 years it was very good value in spite of the outlay for running repairs.

But you take the risk, and it doesn't sound much of a risk to me in your case.

I wouldn't consider a 20yr old diesel with 145k to be high mileage.
As long as it's been cared for and habitation has been loved and serviced all should be fine.
Post the advert on here and some more knowledgeable people can have a look and offer opinions.

Just over 7k a year.... if it was a car it would be very low mileage... I’ve been averaging 15k a year in my motorhome so that would be a very low mileage fiat Van...

Only just over 7k a year, at least it's been used better than buying something that's spent most of its life sitting around. We do 8 to 10k a year in our Motorhome, wouldn't be much point in buying one if we didn't use it.

I've only just started looking seriously now Navaras been sold. Most are miles away too.

I'm sure more will become available, thank you everyone, much appreciated. I'll just keep looking, but won't dismiss higher mileage now.

history looks good on ro 05 bee, but will need a new exhaust. Just be careful with that one as the way it is advertised could be dodgy. Only hand over payment if you have actually got the van in front of you at the address on the log book v5

I'm not 100% I prefer a van look, I might just message her x
