We visited Germany in June.

We had a fantastic time, the standard and the number of stellplatzes in fantastic.
If you like to meander along taking in fine food and wines, it is possible to tour along the length of the Mosel.
There are stellplatze in every village and the micro climate there is very mild.

The Romantische Strasse is a nice tour through medieval villages and towns and is really recommended.

Also of note is the Black Forest. We travelled through just to see the world's largest cuckoo clock!

Welcome to the site have a good trip to Germany when you go, can't help re MH in Germany only been there on a coach but had a good stay and trips around the rhine and the mossel valleys very nice. Pete & Lynn :thumb::thumb:

We have been to Germany a couple of times in MH once driving to Italy but spent a few days in Germany using the Stellplatz and found them to be really good. Also spent a week in the Black Forest area and loved it loads to do and see.

That's all you need in Germany, so many places to stop, and depending what time the year your thinking of going.

All the way along the Mosel they close roads off in villages and have wine fest. :thumb: And great for cycling, for the last 4 years we have been to Germany twice a year doing 6 / 8 week trips. Then this year we went to France and missed Germany. Bob and Jane.
