Hi we have a Roller team T line 590 2016 with the electric bed the electric switch will let the bed go up but the downward switch doesn’t seem to work albeit the light comes on when I push the switch can anybody help please

I had a similar problem on my Pilote, try checking the limit switch that stops the bed lowering, on mine the switch was stuck and the system thought that the bed was already down

Can it be manually lowered ? There should be a tool for it

Between the up/down buttons there is another button.Hold this middle button for 10 seconds whilst holding the up button....this will enable you to lower or raise the bed.
The lower stop position has to be re programmed...all by combination of the control panel.
Try the above first and see if it regains control.

Thank you. I will get my brother in law to try this tomorrow and let you know if that worked 👍

Wobs We have similar bed in our 2018 T590. I just recently found the tool for manually lowering/raising the bed. It is like an extended allen key about 300mm long with a cranked end. As you face the bed from the hab door there is a small aperture on the left hand where the motor is housed (it has a chrome surround about 80mm diameter) push the tool through here and with a bit of jiggery pokery you'll feel it engage in the motor, then just rotate accordingly. I tried this recently as I wondered what would happen if the electrics failed etc. found it quite easy to raise/lower. 125BEER this info looks good though and I wasn't aware of this method, thanks.
