Hello Velvettones,

Welcome to the friendliest motorhome forum on the internet.

Tell us a liitle about yourself, do you have a motorhome already? Where are you based?

How did you find out about this site?

Hi all, We are a couple of ex tuggers (Toni and Mark), who have just bought our first motorhome together, we have both been tuggers since we were knee high, Toni has also had a motorhome before although this is a first for me. we have just bought a bessacarr e605 and pick it up next week, just trying to book a site for the last week in august and then off on a rally in october, we have two children who have enjoyed caravanning with us, one has just turned 16 though and will probably not be coming with us in the motorhome too often (it's an age thing).

originally found MHF and joined this a few weeks ago - stumbled upon you this morning through google and here we are

Just been looking at the new year meet - assuming we get our motorhome ok we might see you there (if there is space left)

Thanks for the mini biog, always helpful ::bigsmile:

As should be obvious, the site is not officially open yet, so the fact that you found it through google is fantastic.

If this motorhome forum continues to grow at the rate it has done already it will become the premiere motorhoming forum on the internet!

We hope you can make the new years meet, that would be fantastic.

We, Suzanne and myself, have only been motorhoming for the last 12 months (had boats before that).

We are based in Lancashire, whereabouts are you?

Hi Velvettones, nice to read your post. Have you looked at our calendar? Maybe you could make one of our meets.

Hi - thanks for the friendly welcome, currently living near mansfield in notts, but as soon as we get our motorhome next week (fingers crossed, just over 5 days to go) this may just be the official residence of our real home ::bigsmile:

have looked over the calendar - would love to make as many as possible, just need to be sure we will have the energy after a week at work to have a weekend off, fairly confident though that if we don't make any before we will be at the new years one all being well

see you soon
