Hi me and my husband are enjoying motorhoming but have had quite a few problems with our bailey approach autugraph 765. We bought from new in june 2014 but have had recurring problems, we are in the process of trying to get replacement van, we are contacting all people concerned with the problems that have been fixed, has anyone else had any problems with the same van?.HELP.

Hello

We have an Autograph 745, owned from new. One minor problem with the shower, fixed quickly by the dealer, and a problem with the fridge/freezer but that was a Dometic problem not Bailey. Overall extremely pleased with ours but sorry to hear you're having problems. Hope you get them sorted.

Hello and welcome.
The Motorhome industry is not like the car industry (Unfortunately) and it really needs sorting out. People like yourself spends ten of thousands of pounds and should get a defect free product.
However, this too often is not the case and it's quite common to spend a few visits back to dealer correcting minor imperfections and generally this is achieved with complete satisfaction.
If your faults are minor, I would not worry. However, if you fault is major you may be entitled to ask for a refund. Either way, you should eventually have your concerns dealt with to your satisfaction and start to live the dream.

Yes! we felt the same when we bought our's from new too and had to return to the dealer to get faults corrected.
