Hi
I am a Motorhome wanabee again, having had, then sold a Compass Drifter many years ago with my ex she never really settled into that way of life. We never even left Blightyt!
Now having taken early retirement recently, and have been watching this site for the past month or more. Some great post's, particularly enjoyed the Pilote posts, Its refreshing that this forum is like no other, no bitching just people having fun and sharing ideas and tips.
So what am I going to buy? well thats a good topic for my next post.
Started off liking the Adria Matrix, then A class Pilote's, but suddenly came up against a A class that doesn't get much press in UK, I wonder if anyone has any experience or thoughts on what I have in mind?

Seems to be huge interest in these vans judging by the internet chatter. They’re sold by Marquis Leisure.

The idea of the yacht/ Aclass/ styling/lounge at the back with drop down bed at a very reasonable price seems to appeal. Wonder how many they’ll sell and will they be able to keep up with orders.

Yes, would really want a LHD so the thought of a slow drive back from a dealer in Italy sounds quite an adventure.
I have read most of the posts Exporting from Germany/Belgium etc but not seen anything about Exporting from Italy, not a lot on Google either. So my next step is to actually visit a showroom in UK or hope there is one at the Norwich & Norfolk show this month.
Maybe after the show my head will be mince and in overload as their are a lot of good A classes about and I do like Pilote.
We will see

If you waded through that long thread mainly about kids and B&W TVs can you give us a summary about the Mobilvetta as I’m also interested in this van

The attraction for me is a rear lounge, but you don’t have to make up the bed as it drops down.

Have you had a look at the Frankia i740 Plus? Huge rear lounge, very comfy electric drop down bed and a door which can block off the bedroom for privacy. Not cheap but a fabulous layout. We're really chuffed with ours and it's our 4th van in 5 years so eventually we did find the layout that suits us.
