Hi I am about to collect my Hymer motorhome hopefully on the 3rd April although I purchased it in January, ive decided after camping in a ser2 Land Rover for the past 8 years, I would like a little more comfort. And as I was unfortunately windowed last year and getting close to retirement I've decided this would be a way to holiday and meet new people
I am a joiner by trade and enjoy mechanics, I have managed in the past to do a nut and bolt restoration on a 1962 Land Rover and weld a Mazda Bongo "Auto Free Top" on my 1970 Land Rover, while shielding since the end of July I have managed built myself a 9x6m workshop & garage.

Welcome Martyn, sounds as though you're handy with your hands, good on yer. Done a part restoration on an early Defender 90 myself (nowhere near a nut and bolt job).
