I have a ec200 psu 2007 fitted in my fiat decato auto trail I got a problem when plugged into mains I have got 240v and 12v take out mains plug and I have got no 12v any idea s all 12v fues ok should there be 12v power at the fuses hope someone can help me out.

If you could explain better, folk may be able to help better.
Do you have 12V when not plugged into mains?

Measure the voltage at your leisure battery when not on hook up would be a good place to start, you may have dud battery.

Firstly you need to check the habitation battery for juice. It might be flat. If it’s got full power then everything should work. These things happen after a winter layoff.

How you know there is no voltage at the fuses? Are you using a meter to test for voltage?

Welcome, have you checked the large main habitation battery fuse ,it should be near the battery.
