Hi All - newbie here.

Had a MH since November 08 and used it plenty without any serious problems yet (apart from getting stuck in the mud on a CL site in the middle of the night).

We have a Burstner Aviano from new bought from Becks motorhomes in Norfolk.

Nothing but praise for the van and the dealer.

looking forward to reading all the threads.

Hi there,
Welcome.
You need a couple of bread trays cut down , under your wheels.
Or some sand ladders, like we have. They spread the weight out and stop you sinking. The ladders are a long length , so they help you to drive off. Find a dry spot, return for the ladders.

Thanks Bev. We bought some plastic things to put under the wheels straight after.

Not used them since - try to avoid grass now if I can.

Hi treacle, and a very warm welcome.

BUT - with "Treacle" as your ID, you shouldn't be worried about getting stuck anywhere - it's the rest of us who'll have to watch out.

Sweet dreams...

Hi Cupcake. I like them down at Becks.

We are based in London but make a weekend of it in Norfolk once a year at service time.

We have a 5 year old daughter so she likes to stay on sites with "entertainment" when we go down there. So we have been to a big site in great Yarmouth (Vauxhall Park) I think and another in Hunstanton called Searles.

I can just about bear Searles..

Not really my cup of tea but my daughter loves it.

I will have to try Cromer. Went jet skiing down there a few years back and it seemed quite nice.

Hope you enjoyed your weekend.
