I found removed the cassette and the water connector that feeds the flush tank has broken off not sure of the exact name to order another one.

Looks a damn site easier to get at than ours,I had to take the bowl off, there should be a make and model number of the toilet somewhere, possibly on the bottom of the cassette, then search for solenoid / electric valve,a 90 degree one 👍

From what I can see it appears the top has broken away cleanly.
You may be able to stick it back using Araldite.
Worth a try before taking out a mortgage for a new one.

Same thing happened to us a few years back.
Fixed with the cold water feed off a washing machine 👍
Same fittings.
Might need a bit of bodging to get it fit though.
Is your mh an elddis 155 by any chance.

Like Just Paul says butcher the end from a washing machine hose, the black spring clip needs compressing with pliers and remove broken tail.

Same happened to me a couple of years ago, I contacted thetford and they sent the part free after giving them the serial number as my van was only a year old.

Thanks everyone that has been really helpful . I’ve just got one from B&q for £1.49. It was a bit tighter to screw on but seems to have done the trick 😀.
thanks again!
Ps. It is a Chausson 510 Flash called Marcel!
A bit cheaper than Thetford they only sell it with the solenoid for 50 quid.

Water pouring out under the toilet
Hi i had the same when i filled up 3 weeks ago found the hose connector to the electric valve came apart. Tried to get a hose connector Part Nr 23851 Thetford Hose Connection Southdowns said they would send me one that was two weeks ago so I just got the valve and fitting £45. The valve may come in handy some day.

Hi All same thing has happened to us and I was sure I had drained down but maybe I did forget the valve at the back ! I'll be sure to be more careful this winter. Managed to repair using some fittings. But will try and get the correct part which is

Thetford Hose Connection 23851. And that's without the valve. Approx £6.50.
