Hello to everyone,
We are a family or 4 we have been living in Bulgaria for the last 8 years and have recently sold up and bought a transit rimor motor home. After leaving Bulgaria 5 weeks ago we toured Greece, Albania, Montenegro Croatia and quite a few other country’s (by car) and decided we needed to get a motor home. We are currently living in the rimor on a friends driveway in Lancashire and getting ready to go back into Europe. I am having a few problems sorting the power side of things out, no doubt there will be some people on here with vast experience in these area’s and hope to meet some like minded people on here who can point us in the right direction. Any help or advice would be gratefully appreciated, as this is completely new to us.

Hi and welcome to the fun. With regards to power it is really all down to payload. If you have plenty then a large battery bank and as many solar panals as you can fit on your roof will do you summer and winter. Change all interior lights to LED's and you will be well on your way to self sufficiency. I trust following a recent anouncement by the NHS about ex-pats that you have private health insurance or you will find you are not covered by your EHIC card either.

Hi and welcome :thumb: just ask away :Smile:try to be specific and give as much info as possible for better answers :winky:First thing and cheapest to double your power is buy another L/Battery then see how you get on rather than waste money on panels that you may not need :winky:
