I'm new to this site and so glad it's around. Nice to e-meet everyone! We're hiring a motor home for 2 weeks in September and planning to tour Wales and South Coast. Any tips would be really helpful. We've hired before in Australia 2 years ago, and this is our first hire in the UK. Really looking forward to it - if you have any tips please feel free to share.

A first question for you is, we're planning on visiting Fishguard in Pembrokeshire and I can see there's a car park that we'd like to park in over night - Fishguard Fort - a small car park - apparently sunsets are beautiful. Does anyone know if this would be okay - I can't see anything online to say either way.

Just look out for any signs that say 'No overnight camping', if not you should be ok for a night or two.
