Great to be here. My profile supplies most of the 'nuts and bolts' about my circumstances, so I'll leave the rest, for now. I'm currently vanless, but I've recently been helping my ex-wife and her partner to find, buy and equip a venerable 2004 Hymer Exsis - hence the interest in Motorhome fun. In the past, we had a coachbuilt Leyland Sherpa Highwayman, a Volkswagen T-4, Cockburn-Holdsworth, pop top and a (brand new!) Bürstner i-590 A-class, which was sold when we split up. For several years I owned an Island Plastics (Citroën Visa) Romahome - a brilliant van for single handing. I'm very interested in the practical side of our passion, so I envisage 'weighing in' on the forums, if I feel I have something valid to say.
