My wife and I are fairly new to motorhomes only getting into them last year. We decided that a motorhome would be good for us as we are both retired. How long did it take us to decide and buy one 4 Weeks from looking to buy to buying our 1st van. Since then we have travelled over 10k miles on trips both here in the UK and in Europe. We have read that it takes 3/4 vans before you get the right one and I would certainly agree with that as we are on our 3rd one so far. Last time we did anything like this was back in the late 70s when we had Tents and Caravans when the children were small. We have just ordered a new unit which should arrive next year.
