Newish to this forum, looks really good plenty of friendly people on here by the looks,
We are buying our first MH having got rid on our tourer and are looking to full time and live off grid what is the thing with long term sites, i have been told that you can only stay 28 days on any one? yet i have read of people staying months at a time. are there some sites that wont let you and some that don't care as long as they get paid?

Any tips or advise that you all give would be most welcome
Looking forward to being a part of the MH community.

Hello jackabea, I just chanced over your posting.Firstly,let me welcome you to MHF! This is a terrific forum as you will find. Did you post on newcomers/introduce yourself? I have no direct experience re full timing sites unfortunately, however, we went to view an RV on a site outside Wrexham in February. The vendor did mention how much his pitch cost him for the year and it seemed quite reasonable. Cannot swear, but I think it was below 2k pa.

Hi and welcome. A friend of mine stays on a site behind a pub and he pays £8.00 a week and he buys lecy card as and when he needs it . The site is nr Middle rason lincanshire there are a lot of sites that will take you . They need the money. It's like camping sites you have to shop around.
