Hi
It was lovely to meet some of you guys at Newbury last weekend. Hoping to see meet more and re meet those seen at Stoneleigh in a few weeks.

Ok...my issue is I need to have steps on the drivers door of my ducato and I am struggling to find someone at the right price. We had a quote at Newbury for fitting at Stoneliegh and this was agreed verbally. However the person was supposed to call on the Saturday or Sunday but I heard nothing.
Does anybody know anyone/companies that will fit electric steps to the driver and passenger door.

Why not give the company you had a verbal agreement with a call? They may have lost your contact details.

Hiya. Perhaps you could save yourself a load of cash and get a step stool instead. ?
Has multiple uses once on site.
Helps my old dear get in the fixed bed easier at night too.

I have similar needs and have bought a folding step stool similar to the photo above. Fitted with a bit of string alllows me to lower it as and when required at fuelstations etc. Remembering to hold onto said string enables me to hoist the contraption into the cab, fold it and tuck it away somewhere safe but easily accessible. I THINK that the stepcost €5.99 and I had the string in stock.

Not as fancy as an electric step but probably cheaper.

Thank all.... I did use the folding step but I use the van daily and it is just a nuisance to use all the time.
