Our pre-owned M/H came with a Kathrein CAP 200 and a DVB receiver UFB 540. I only know this cos that's what it says on the manuals 
-Might as well be Greek to me.
At the handover the dealer was only able to get German channels,but said that 'it was ok yesterday'. On our first trip last weekend we switched on and ,sure enough,German only.
After some 'remote clicking' Carolyn managed to find Astra 28 but she couldnt get it to go to a specific channel-she said it was asking her to name the channel she wanted. We gave up then.
A bottle of wine later I decided to have a go at it-to cut a long story short ,after 10 mins I had a blue screen and could go no further.Where do I go from here
Is there a 'Person' I could call ?-what trades set-up M/home Sat systems ? Would my friendly local aerial man be a good idea ?
