I cannot clear/reset this fault, it comes on when I turn on the heating or the hot water, it makes no difference to whether I’m hooked up to electric or not.

Any suggestions please?

We have Truma 6 E, I'm not certain for your model, but, have you tried the reset button on the boiler itself? It's lurking underneath the lift off panel which covers the connections. When you identify it , press it AND hold it in for about 10 seconds. It worked on mine when we had a similar fault, [ lockout].
PS. take it off electric hook or hit the test button on the consumer unit unit before poking fingers around under the connections cover, wealth and safety and all that :winky: .

It's happened before to someone else .
I hope this helps, but basically, patience and a reset on the main board is required.

Hope you figured it out. But in this case where the reset doesnt work you have to trick it by doing only EL2 first, then after a minute you switch to Mix2 and turn up the heat forcing it to start. This worked for me. After an hour of pushing the reset button
