Having difficulty removing streaks from side and rear of motorhome, tried most of the products that are about but no joy, will I have to go down the Tcut path or C3 which isn't as severe.
No issue with the cab end no streaks there. See photo

I bought some of this when I first got my MH. It is extremely effective, either diluted with water, or sprayed on neat. I've recently used it on the GRP cabin of my 42 year old boat which was grey with age, and now it's almost white again.

Remember to re-apply polish/wax after using it.

I use Traffic Film Remover, (TFR), diluted to the correct proportions, then rinse immediately. It doesn't strip the wax or polish off. If I can't reach high enough with the spray, I spray the extending brush head and apply it with that.

Cheers,

Jock. :)

I have fitted Fiamma drip stop to my last three motorhomes and black streaks only appear on corners where run off occurs never on the sides or back panel.

Elbow Grease. B&M. About a quid. Miles better than all the expensive ones and we tried lots. I guess some might depend on the materials and finish but it works fab for us and leaves nothing behind. Actually it’s a brilliant all round cleaner for all sorts of unshiftable stuff.

Been using Autoglym products for a while now and would not change to anything else to be honest. I use the Caravan /Motorhome cleaner regularly because it is good and to be honest ...One of the easiest to put on and get off!

Sent photo to Autoglym and they have said it looks like oxidisation and MH cleaner wont do the job.

They have recommended there resin polish to try and shift the oxidisation, if not its a buff up job.

Try the Autoglym high resin polish first. Then keep on top of things with the Motorhome cleaner when necessary . Half the time the problem lies with how long you leave it to be cleaned. If you clean it regularly enough...it will be easier.

I had similar marks and I used Diamondbrite conserver (which I had in my garage) and it worked perfectly.

Absolutely, brilliant stuff and, for cleaning glass and plastic windows use Stardrops White vinegar spray.
89p a litre spray bottle from B and M, and leaves windows absolutely streak free. Use with a kitchen roll to wipe off and then buff, but use sparingly!
Try it on the windscreen.
Makes raindrops “bead” and then if you also wipe it along your wiper blades the resultant clearing is fast and clear with no smearing.
