Help : Theford toliet fan

    Hi All, just came back from France, problem with thetford toliet, flushes fine but the light for the electric fan comes on as usual but fan doesn't,,,any ideas please

    Thetford have user manuals and maintenance guides for their products in links from This Page.

    Haven't heard of one with a fan though (my ignorance?). Is it an integral part of the toilet or part of the washroom or a SOG unit perhaps?

    Thanks for the response,,yes it is an integrated extractor fan ,,tried the on line mauals but nothing going there,,,looks like a trip back to supplier again, only 3 months old,,,,just a pain in the butt going to and fro.

    Does the filter need replacing?
    We have the same loo in our new autotrail and it came with a spare filter.
    The info says the filter needs replacing after a months use.:Smile:

    Hi SOG units come with a micro switch that operates when the sluice opens it could need adjusting -take out cassette and look at the switch:thumb:
