Help ! Sat nav not working (1 Viewer)

Hi I have a Falcon Navigator Motorhome satnav and the touch screen has stopped responding to both the stylus and finger touch. I have tried the reset button without success. Does anyone have any suggestions please ?

try switching off and waiting for a few minutes, switch on and try resetting .. that's all I can suggest .. call the customer help http://www.falcon-security.co.uk/contact-us/

Presumably you have done this..
3.3 Reset system

If the system is not working you can reset the system in the following way:
Use the stylus (7” Falcon Navigator only), pen or bent paperclip to press the reset button that is recessed in a small hole on the rear of the unit.

Thank you, Yes tried all the possible resets, several times.
And even tough it is charged up, it soon tells me the battery is low,

I've called Falcon and had to leave a message ( well it is Bank Holiday so I suppose thats to be expected ).
Now waiting to see if they call me back.

Frustrating as we want to use it this week.
