Help re Malvern coach ticket (1 Viewer)

Just checked Malvern tickets etc.
Whereas, it does state that 1 ticket to Worcester was purchased on the letter, top right under Your Order Summary, I do not have an actual ticket?
Should I have, please?
I know that the coach trip is fully booked and I may be selling mine so I need to know?
We recently acquired a tiny Yorkie puppy and I wouldn't leave her all day!
