Hi, I own a mobilvetta 710 top driver. I have managed to damage the U SECTION under the cargo door and require to buy a replacement. Any ideas, websites or contact numbers would be greatly appreciated

Not sure that we know what the U SECTION under the cargo door looks like, well I don't anyway, do you have a photo.

I have tried my local one, he has said they are not made any more and said he also contacted Italy with no luck.

Looks like a fairly easy repair job to me.

Looking at the pictures, the only bit that is missing is a bit of the profile below and to the left of the door handle. I would imagine you could take the panel off and have a new blown glass fibre moulding made by a firm like this...

Thanks, I have been thinking about that option but would of preferred an original piece.

If it wasn't easy getting a spare I would be taking it off and plastic welding the cracks, reinforce the inside with Epoxy and glass fibre as required and then get it painted.

Sort of job i would do myself, a boat repair guy should be able to do it.
