Hi
Can anyone advise please?
We have set off for Cambridge today. We’ve filled up the water tank and have power etc. When I switch the pump on the green light shows to say the pump is active but nothing happens.
We did drain the system down for cold weather, but I suspect not well enough. Could this be something frozen, perhaps somewhere in the pipes that supply to the pump, an air lock, or does it sound like the pump is broken?
I have turned the water heater on by gas which seems to have lit ok (hope I haven’t burned it out!). I am currently using the leisure battery which seems to have 10-13 volts.
We have a 2014 Elddis Majestic 115. It is a Whale heater and pump.
Any advice will be gratefully received
