The one in the link is cavagna 2 stage regulator I'm trying to identify the regulator in my photo the only writing on it is type 924n
 
Doesn’t look like the link can be found sorry. If you google heated gv200 you can see it.

On further investigation..
HEATEC GV200 gas solenoid valve, controlled from inside the vehicle. ... the GV 200 (Gas Ventil) of HEATEC is a gas valve with electric control.
 
I think your best bet is to post what van you have and see if anyone has same make and model as I’ve searched for ages and can’t find anything like it. Good luck I’m sure someone will be along soon that knows.?

Why are you trying to identify it?
 
The reason I'm trying to identify it is
Where the green dot is on the dial the bottle that is connected that side is switched off but I'm still getting gas

That sounds like a problem with electronic valve? :)
