I have a fiat ducato camper van. That will not start. Can anyone possibly diagnose the problem with symptoms that I mention.
Engine turns over... Plenty of fuel in the tank, But needle shows empty, with fuel light flashing. Central locking not working on key fob. Open and close buttons not working on dash. Hazard warning light button not working also. Even the indicator arm is not working on steering wheel.
Has anyone had the same problem. That can say what the problem is. And cause. And maybe cost of repair Cheers.

Is that what happens when your alternator has gone?

(I'm not very good so probably not.). :(

Sounds like the crash sensor has activated. Designed to stop fuel pump, unlock doors and activate hazard lights.
No idea where it would be fitted but always on the bulkhead and looks like a relay with a round rubber top that can be pressed in to reset

immobiliser fault or more than one fault with the fuel pickup and other electrical bits. sounds suspiciously like a rodent chewed the wiring. it needs a proper looking at, not guesses on the internet

Could be the engine earth strap. This I understand can produce a range of symptoms.
To test for this get a jump lead and earth one end on the engine , the other to a body earth and try it.

Initial thoughts would be key fob battery needs replacing and starter battery may be a bit weak from lack of use

First thing I would do , fob Battery flat so not switching the immobiliser offf

7 years campers before that
i would start by putting a second battery on jump leads using the block as earth then see if it starts on easy start

but putting the key in the lock would trigger the immobiliser circuit. Multiple electrical faults could have a single point of earth at the ecu, but unlikely
