Help! Leisure Battery Install (1 Viewer)

Just replacing my leisure battery under the drivers seat. The replacement is wider and part of the chassis is in the way, which means that whilst the battery goes into the space and is secure, it's tilting "side to side" a little (maybe an inch higher at one side)

That likely to give problems?

I guess flooded lead acid battery, I would not imagine it would be an issue. But wait for a second opinion.

It will probably be OK but you are risking electrolyte loss through the breather. Why not lift the other side by the same amount?

Great minds. As you posted this I was in t'shed utilising my woodworking skills. I.E. four screws through 3 bits of wood to make the correct thickness
