Help issue :Dometic 12v Awning - (1 Viewer)

Any Funsters out there could help with a slight issue, The Dometic Awning using the remote control will only come out by 10 cm (approx 5 inches ) and stops, using the remote again to retract it isn't responding . I have replaced the remote control battery but still isn't working any suggestions ??

Look for a fuse.

Will it wind in/out manually? Assuming you still have that option.

I would be checking for a blown fuse

Looking at manual, either remote control, pairing between has failed, delay sensor kicking in. Looks like you might need to manually wind in?
